These baths can aide in cleansing, protection, health, love, sleeping, and so much more. You can put a bit of the bath in some tea bags or cheesecloth and tie it, then hang it from your showerhead or bath so as to prevent the ingredients from clogging your drain. Just let the water hit the tea bag or cheesecloth and it will work just fine!
